Aug. 26

Guhananthan Siva Kumar, 27, of Round Rock, at 8:30 a.m., at ERCOT, 810 Airport Rd., officers responded to a report of a subject refusing to leave the property. Kumar was arrested and charged with criminal trespass, a class B misdemeanor. Kumar received a PR bond for $1,000 and was released the same day. 

Jorge Falcon, 43, of Taylor, at 6:47 a.m., in the 1900 block of N. Main St., officers apprehended Falcon, who had an outstanding warrant for criminal mischief over $100, a class B misdemeanor. Falcon posted bond for $1,500 and was released Aug. 29. 

Aug. 27

Eduardo Cardenas, 21, of Taylor, at 1:07 p.m., in the 500 block of Lenora Dr., officers apprehended Cardenas, who had an outstanding warrant out of Austin Pardon and Parole Board for parole violation- obstruction/retaliation. Cardenas is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail. 

Alexis Yannis, 24, of Taylor, at 1:07 p.m., in the 500 block of Lenora, officers apprehended Yannis, who had an outstanding warrant out of Round Rock for assault with injury/family violence, a class A misdemeanor. 

Rosalinda Lozano, 41, of Taylor, at 6:57 p.m., in the 200 block of Howard St., officers conducted a traffic stop on Lozano, who had an outstanding warrant out of Williamson County for fail to appear/driving while license invalid. Lozano is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on a $1,500 bond. 

Aug. 28

Joe Longoria, 38, of Taylor, at 11:08 a.m., officers learned that Longoria had been arrested by another agency for three outstanding warrants out of Taylor for expired registration/unregistered vehicle, fail to maintain financial responsibility and fail to appear. Longoria is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on bonds that total $3,174.40. 

Valerie Rhynes, 33, of Austin, at 6:03 p.m., in the 500 block of N. Main St., officers conducted a traffic stop on Rhynes, who had an outstanding warrant out of Killeen for larceny over $100, a class B misdemeanor. Rhynes posted bond for $5,000 and was released Aug. 29. 

Aug. 30

Albert Garcia, 40, of Taylor, at 9:50 a.m., in Murphy Park, officers apprehended Garcia, who had an outstanding warrant out of Williamson County for intimidation/harassment, a class B misdemeanor. Garcia is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on a $2,000 bond. 

Mauricio Carmillo, 24, of Taylor, at 8:12 p.m., in the 2100 block of Hollysprings Dr., Carmillo was arrested and charged with public intoxication, a class C misdemeanor. 

Aug. 31

Wesley Eppinett, 48, of Taylor, at 1:29 a.m., in the 800 block of Edmond St., Epinnett was arrested and charged with public intoxication, a class C misdemeanor. Eppinett received a PR bond for $350 and was released the same day. 

Lynne Green, 58, of Taylor, at 3:38 p.m., at Wal-Mart, 3701 N. Main St., officers responded to a report of a theft at the store. An investigation revealed Green stole items from the store. Green was arrested and charged with theft over $100, a class B misdemeanor. Green received a PR bond for $1,000 and was released Sept. 1. 

Ruben Acevedo, 32, of Taylor, at 8:04 p.m., in the 700 block of W. Fifth St., officers responded to a report of a prior disturbance. An investigation revealed Acevedo physically assaulted a member of the household, causing injury. Acevedo was arrested and charged with assault with injury/family violence, a class A misdemeanor. Acevedo posted bond for $2,500 and was released Sept. 1. 

Sept. 1

Earley Deary, 37, of Taylor, at 12:24 p.m., in the 100 block of Carlos Parker Blvd NW, officers apprehended Deary, who had an outstanding warrant out of Bell County for fail to appear/driving while license invalid. Deary is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on a $4,000 bond.
