HUTTO – On Thursday night, the Hutto City Council unanimously voted to place City Manager Odis Jones on administrative leave with pay until Dec. 31, the end of his tenure as city manager.
In November, the council approved a separation agreement with the city manager.
Jones was hired by the city in 2016 as a change agent to restore financial solvency to the city and spur economic growth.
