Ambassadors for the Greater Taylor Chamber of Commerce presented the Main Street Car Show this November’s Business of the Month under the pavilion in Heritage Square Nov 20.

The car show committee was selected for its outstanding work on this year’s event that welcomed residents and guests from around the state and treated them to a first-class visit to Taylor and a window into all that our community has to offer. The car show is part of the Taylor Main Street program and held its seventh event this year.

Businesses of the Month are selected from nominations from the public and Chamber staff and volunteers for their significant contribution to the Chamber or the community. Nominations are accepted via email at Only Chamber member businesses are eligible for the award.

One of the year’s Business of the Month recipients will be named Business of the Year at the Chamber’s banquet in January.

Chamber member business are welcome to assign an Ambassador to the committee. Potential Ambassadors are asked to attend a meeting to express their interest. The group meets at Gatti’s Pizza on the last Wednesday of the month at noon.

Chamber Ambassadors are the heart of the Taylor Chamber. Their duties include learning about and supporting Chamber member businesses, performing ribbon cuttings, choosing business award winners and more.
