Black Friday and Cyber Monday are on the horizon, and local students will be ready in the coming weeks to wrap your early-bought gifts.

The Boston Club, Thrall High School students traveling to Boston in June on a school trip, will be hosting a silent auction bake sale and a holiday gift-wrap service next month. The fundraiser activities will be during high school basketball games on Dec. 15 and Dec. 18.

People can bid on reportedly delicious baked goods for the silent auction. For anyone who brings purchased Christmas gift items, Boston Club students will box, wrap and prepare them while the games are in progress. Wrapping charges are $3 per gift. All wrapping supplies are provided and included in this charge.

The school says the area’s support is appreciated as these students work to raise funds to help pay for the expenses of their trip to Boston next summer.
