St. Mar's Catholic Shool

St. Mary's first graders write down the measurements of objects around the playground.

St. Mary's Catholic School first graders enjoyed the sunny part of the week last week by holding science class outside.

Mrs. Hime's class learned how to use science tools to find out about objects. In this lesson, the students and their partner recorded measurements of eight items outside by using their tape measure. After collecting and recording all their data, the students went back to their classroom and compared the information gathered.  They also made a chart of all the results.
