HALLIE RAE WARD - Artist Studio
WEST Austin Studio Tour

1600A Virginia Ave. Austin, TX 78704

Location #: 67

Saturdays & Sundays

May 11th-12th & 18th-19th

11:00am - 6:00pm

During the West Austin Studio Tour this May, you have to adventure over to see Hallie Rae Ward’s artist studio in the Zilker neighborhood.

Go through the red door with the three vertical circular windows (which used to be the door to the restaurant, Romeo’s) and you will be surrounded by positive pop between her fine art and design line based off of her fine art, HRW Designs.

Ward’s fine art consists of mixed media, painting, and printmaking, while her design line has apparel, pillows, prints, greeting cards, and mood lighting.

Ward seeks to bring positivity to those who witness her art. She looks around her personal environment, and revels in the diversity of people and the many exciting rhythms and varied patterns she sees. Ward does not seek to replicate nature in her art, but is inspired by nature to create new organized shapes and designs. She values conceptual simplicity. Ward’s art is all about relationships between people, and people and their environments.

Ward embraces the “You & Me” and wants each of us to  jubilate the journey, opt for optimism, circulate in creativity, play with positivity, examine with energy, and go & glow.

Go and shop for some Austin visual and functional art at her personal studio! There will be some new creations, an HRW Designs sale going on, and an overall good ol’ time!
