The godmothers at Cinderella’s Closet are seeking help with an upcoming fundraiser. The non-profit organization will relocate to a new location soon and will give away custom-built playhouses to lucky winners.

“We are preparing for this fundraiser to help with immediate moving expenses while offering a cool opportunity for someone to win an awesome playhouse for that special kid at Christmas,” said Patrice Dempsey of Cinderella’s Closet.

The playhouses will differ in style and include a condo that will be built by ResiCom Handyman Services, a pink and purple cottage with gingerbread and a rustic jail, both built by Javier Yanez Contracting.

Although the playhouses are already under construction, donations are still needed for a fourth playhouse.

“We have already begun to sell tickets for the playhouses so we would be so grateful for any support from sponsors or from individuals to enable us to purchase the materials necessary to complete these playhouses,” Dempsey said. “We want to make this a huge success while making some lucky kid’s holiday a magical one.”

Tickets are $5 each or five for $20. For more information or to get a ticket, call Dempsey at 512-269-8801.
